I am under the impression that he was/is at the very top of the cult. My personal belief is that it wasnt Baron Guy De Rothchild as rumour suggests but I dont know. WebPindar was a committee name and they used to meet in the MOD crisis room. The room may be below the building, as in basement but it is not a bunker. The UK Government has not indulged in building bunkers in Central London since the 1950's due to the obvious threat of the Hydrogen Bomb. I'm not entirely sure about this date.
