My watch is gaining time
WebAug 2, 2013 · #1 I recently bought my first automatic watch and my watch seems to be gaining 15-20 seconds a day. Is this typical for a new automatic watch? On some forums I read it should be 2-5 seconds so debating if I should reach out to the reseller or take it to Cartier to check it out? Thanks!!! Thus, the power is not being generated or not making it thru the train to the escape wheel. This movement runs and gains 1 hour/12H. Check your amplitude.
