WebI've owned a Vector and a Scorpion, personally I liked the scorpion better overall. My experience is pretty limited though so take that with a grain of salt. Both were in 9mm and the Kriss had that aweful barrel shroud to make it non-restrcted in Canada. That was the main reason I didn't like it. Webfirearms aren't "illegal" or "legal" in Canada. Firearms are classified as non-restricted, restricted, or prohibited. Ownership of firearms in these classifications are legal/illegal depending on the individual. The Vector with the 5.5" barrel is restricted. Any individual can own Restricted firearms with the proper licensing.
